I would like to place google adsense where marked in the attached image.

i put the code between:

and

<!-- BEGIN footer -->

in theme.php

but it does not work, the theme is Ti2000. Can you please show me where to put my code. Thanks!

Yes i did, i made a plugin to create an extra anycontent (find my plugin in the plugins section) i then put my adsense code in there. (follow the instruction on the plugin for more info).
