I get all my other files to load in IE but still SWF and FLV files will not load, I searche dthe forum and it is a topic that is a bit hard to find for me.  Please let me know if it is something I did or something I can edit to get it workin'

Also I posted this in plugins since I am not sure if there is a plugin I can use to get this stuff work'n.

I got it working, there was an issue with my flash not being updated.  Yet again a problem easily fixed.

I noticed I tend to have problems that are due to browser problems and I notice like myself I post a question to find out it was something due to my browser, so I suggested to myself and to everybody else to check you browsers first before asking.
