Album properties->Album can be viewed by

When was this feature added?  I'm running 1.4.12 and it's not available.  I'm looking at the album properties and there is no "Album can be viewed by" and associated dropdown.  First field is Album password.

It exists since cpg1.4.0 ::). Probably doesn't exist on your install because you have deliberately disabled "Albums can be private" in Coppermine's config (default is "yes"). Turn it back on and the option should be available on the album properties screen.
