I followed the instruction in the sticky to transfer to a new server.
After the transfer, I updated the config file with the new DB info.
It is ALMOST working, but clearly I have done something wrong here.

http://gallery.arcr.net/ Many of the menu items work... but others not.
Example: When I choose LOGIN, it gives the error that I am not logged in.
Trying
http://gallery.arcr.net/admin.php gives a page full of issues and that page may help a more knowledgeable person find the problem.
From the "%" drop down, clicking on HOME says I do not have permission??
If anyone can head me in the right direction, I be grateful. The site worked perfectly on the old server so I am wondering if the PHP or server setting are an issue, so I put a lot of extra info below.
