ADOdb
« on: September 13, 2007, 01:30:11 pm »

I would like to have ADODB used for all database-access. So querys could be cached. ADOdb is just used for most of CMS, like Joomla.
And it would be possible to use other Sql-Engines like Postgres....
If you would like to implement this I could help you doing it.....

Database-abstraction has been requested frequently. Has been turned down as well. To find explanations why this has been turned down, please review the other threads where this has been discussed.
Marking this thread as "turned down" as well.
