Add a link to the menu?
« on: August 21, 2007, 07:20:08 pm »

I would like to have a link appear somewhere, which when clicked on, opens in a new window. Perhaps the link could appear on the main menu, or as a Topic Title on the index page. The purpose of this is to link to a Tutorial page, which explains how to create albums and upload images. I'm afraid some of my users are not that savvy, hence the need of a Tutorial page which I have created.

It will look far better to have this appear on a separate page as it is quite lengthy with images, etc, and not taking up valuable screen space on the index page which seems to be the case if I use MiniCMS.

Is this possible?

Thank you.

You could simply use the custom links feature as explained in the coppermin documentation.
