Need help with giving certain members more permissions

Me and 2 friends have a forum and we use coppermine as our gallery. We are using smf 1.1.3.
Lately we have been going through some changes on our forum and we want that certain members have access to the gallery and can add new pictures, move them around on gallery in the right maps and all that kind of stuff.

But we have no clue on how we can make this possible, to give those people those rights.

So is there anyone who could help me with this?
