No pictures, but albums and text after upgrade

I have just upgraded to 1.4.12, and I can see my albums and text concerning the pictures, but I cannot see my pictures. Please help me.

There you go then. Fantastico is not recommended and goes unsupported here for a reason. You'll need to sort this out with your webhost.
