trouble uploading

after i created my gallery which is Coppermine (1.4.10)  i tried to uploads pictures but it didnt work this message came up " The previous file could not be placed." please help me thank you. :(

Update your gallery.

i did it but now this message is poping up "Impossible to move 100_1939.JPG to albums/userpics/10001/ !

No you did not. Re-read it. Read it extra carefully. It contains a section that explains what you need to do when asking for support. We even highlighted it in red to draw the attention to it.
Unless you do exactly as suggested, there will be no support for you.
