internal server Error 500

Hi

When i try to upload an image, i am successful (i get 1 Upload was successful, continue but, when i click continues, i get my servers Error 500 page?
sometimes i get this error and sometimes i not get this error

i chmotted all the dirs to 777

can someone help me pls with this?

Apparently, my test upload succeeded (can't tell for sure, as you have admin approval turned on, although it should be off for the test user account posted on the support board). I just guess that you have been uploading a file that is too large in terms of filesize or dimensions, so you have reached a limit imposed by your webhost (see sticky thread on this sub-board). Basically, an "500 internal server error" is just what the same suggests: soemthing went wrong unexpectedly. To figure out, you'll have to read the server's logs (usually not accesible for you when webhosted).
You (as admin) should use FTP-uploads plus batch-add anyway.

P.S. You're running cpg1.4.10, while the most recent stable release is cpg1.4.12. It's mandatory to upgrade asap.

i figured out that file over the size of 140 kb give the error
< 140 kb dont have any problem
