can only upload in admin mode

hi, whenever i try uploading a file while in user mode it wont let me. also when a normal member can't upload

test users username: test
pass: test

and i have debug info on

Works fine for me. If you want people to be able to upload into the public albums then set that in album properties.

Don't go into "user mode" if you want to test what non-admin users can/can't do. Read up the documentation: it explains what the user mode / admin mode toggle is meant to be used for.

wait, but i just realized that i can't upload to any other album but the personal ones, even though they are set to everyone

What do you mean 'set to everyone'? The setting to change is 'visitors can upload files' which needs to be 'yes'.
