Display Image Titles under Thumbnail
« on: March 14, 2004, 04:39:11 pm »

Hi, I'm new to Coppermine, and I don't know if this is just a normal "configuration", but I want to know how to display the title of the image BELOW the thumbnail.  Is this possible??

Thanks! :D

I might as well go on ahead and throw this in, I also want to know how to display "popular photos" the same way you display last updated, and random.  Popular photos are the photos with the most views.  Like on 4images where it says "Top Photos".  Thanks!

As for your last question: go to the 'config' screen and make the following look at the rule that says "The content of the main page". Normally it would say something like: 'breadcrumb/catlist/alblist/random/lastup,2/lastcom'.
Add 'topn' to that list. For example: 'breadcrumb/catlist/alblist/random/lastup,2/lastcom/topn'
Of course you can also put it somewhere else, for example ''breadcrumb/catlist/alblist/topn/random/lastup,2/lastcom'

Everytime you put in 'topn' a row with the most viewed pictures is generated... If you use topn,2 two rows are displayed... topn,3 for three rows, etc. etc.
