Mini thumbnail help

Hey stramm  i need help with mini thumbnail  thumbnails http://www.lindsay-source.com/visuals/index.php my thumbnails looks diffrent than http://www.cameronfan.com/visuals/ how can i get it like http://www.cameronfan.com/visuals/ because the thumbnails on mines looks resized how can i get it like  http://www.cameronfan.com/visuals/ on cameronfan it looks croped but im not sure.

I can not see minithumbs on your site. Probably you mean regular thumbnails. You've set the resize method probably to 'exact' (dropped thumbs) and afterwards they looked 'stretched'. If that's the case, then this is pretty normal. The only thing you have to do is to run the admin tools and recreate the thumbs. All new uploads have 'correctly sized' thumbnails. Check the config. The two ** explain this as well.
