how to upgrade?

ok, alarmed by the news about the new upgrade I downloaded the upgrade and saved it to the HD. I looked around in the Forum and in some manuals but I could not find the way how to upgrade the existing album (.10). I know.......... ::) , sorry!
I was able to install the album automatically because the domain-provider supplies the software so no point. Please provide me with some (simple please) info how to continue.

Avez vous lu la DOC ? la FAQ ? et cherché sur le forum avant de poster ?

The upgrade section of the docs comes with the package you downloaded as well.
