Anzeige ob Datei über Keyword zugeordnet wurde?

Hallo erstmal wieder!

Ich nutzte die Keywords um Dokumente die ich immer wieder brauche in verscheidene Alben anzeugen zu lassen. Ist es möglich das man sehen kann ob ein Bild zugeordent wurde und dann auch sieht aus welchem Album es ursprünglich kommt?

Ich schau auch mal selber, aber vileleich hat schon jemand eine Idee
