I haven't changed my themes or anything in a long time, and thought I'd do so tonight and work on a new layout....

I logged in, and then tried to go to admin page...

I get this error:
Critical error
Script called without the required parameter(s).

Can anyone tell me what the problem is? I just want to get access to my admin page.

Thanks in advance.

You're running cpg1.3.5. The cpg1.3.x series goes completely unsupported except for questions related to upgrading.
As Sami suggested, it's absolutely mandatory to upgrade asap. Don't waste any effort into theming this deprecated version, as the theming engine has changed from cpg1.3.x to cpg1.4.x. Subsequently, all your theme edits would have to be re-made once you upgraded.
You shouldn't have posted in a board that is dedicated to support for cpg1.4.x only. Moving your thread accordingly and locking it. If you have issues related to upgrading, ask them in the upgrading sub-board ("cpg1.4 upgrading") after having read the docs (upgrading section).
