I recently installed Coppermine one of my websites the problem is that I'm getting this error:

403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Now I'm aware of the fact that this is a server problem and I have already talked with my host about it and their response was that is has to be a problem with the coppermine gallery script and that they cannot fix it.

Somebody must be able to help me??

at least post a link to the gallery

my entire domain was closed down because of coppermine.. it's not just the gallery but everything on my domain
wont be any use to send you the url
