Download modpack v2 for CPG 1.4.12

Added all CPG 1.4.12 changes
All known modpack fixes, patches till today ( 07-08-2007 )
-minor fix in buddy_manage.php (no db joins -> sort by user is not possible -> changed def. sort order)
