Daily upload limit by group

I have read topics on daily upload limit per user:

What I need is upload limit by groups. I have site for our photo club and members of my club can upload 10 pictures in 24h but normal registered users of our site can upload only 3 pictures in 24h.

Is there hack for this, or mod maybe?
