Protecting content/privacy
« on: June 28, 2007, 01:29:41 pm »

My gallery is set up so only registered members can view/comment/upload, etc. However, I noticed this doesn't stop users from forwarding the URL's of images or even right-click saving images. Is there anything I can do to stop this in order to further protect the copyrighted work of users?

Thank you

If an image is out there on web, then anyone can steal it. You can however make the theft somewhat difficult but you cannot totally stop it. Watermarking is a possible solution but it is resource intensive.
