Whenever I try to upload files to my gallery even as an admin I get an error message reading "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files", how can I fix it so I can upload images to my gallery?

You appear to be using menalto gallery, not coppermine. Marking thread as "invalid".

Sorry I was using Coppermine Gallery but then switched when it decided not to work for me. If anyone still has an idea of how I could fix it I'll always switch back to Coppermine.

Well, that's easy: create at least one album using the album manager.
