For legal reasons, I am looking for the following type of module:

Logging of user login with IP capture and activity logging. I.E.: User X created/deleted album Y and uploaded/deleted files Z for example. The output needs to be fully searchable and archived for at least a year, maybe even permanently within a DB table.

Has anyone developed a module like this already in the private sector and, if not, what kind of money are we talking about to have it created, tested, and tweaked?

Also, I've seen more than one other request for this feature, so the potential is there for some additional payouts from other users or to make the module available "for purchase"
