Hello,

Please help us to fix the problem that came about a week ago just out of the blue. The only thing we can connect it to is our site password change by Vodahost support. We asked them to restore the whole site with the old password but the problem is still there.
The problem is that while one tries to upload new image after the message that upload is successful on the page for image locating in albums instead of the new-uploaded image thumbnail we got (x). And even if I locate this "image" in any album it will not shown up there. We've found the full size uploaded images in coopermine public directory.

I've allowed the debugging mode in the gallery and created the new user for testing the trouble with username and password "test".
Right after making those changes in order to let us get helped by specialists I've tried to make an upload as "test" and also with my admin privileges and both times got something new - HTTP 406 error.

I've already asked. They restored my site to the last date it worked properly but it didn't help.
They have no idea what it could be. Please give us a hint where and what we should check up.

It's a server setup issue, there's nothing I can tell you.

I've asked them but they are asking what "server setup" is wrong?
If you will be more specific it will help me not to be the ball in the ping-pong game between two support guys.
I personally don't know much in this stuff.

I don't know what causes it; the error is not from Coppermine.

We've run the debug mode with it messages by ourselves and got the following errors in upload.php

Notice line 1291: Undefined index: URI_array
Notice line 1968: Undefined variable: file_failure_array
Notice line 1969: Undefined variable: URI_failure_array
Notice line 1970: Undefined variable: zip_failure_array

What could it mean? Is it possible to fix the problem?
