I have made a mod that lets you upload a zip-file of images. Have tested it with about 250 images in one file and it worked fine.

I have emailed the php-source code to the administrator of this board and i'm waiting now to see if they are interested, if so i can inprove the mod so it better fits the less experienced user.

You can see my other post in this forum for more info.

Admin should upload by ftp, into the albums folder(not the userpics folder), and then batch add.
For users on windows XP, there is the xp_publish facility already.

A multiple upload facility for all is beingworked on for future versions.
A zip upload mod was available for older versions, which may work for you if your server is not running in safe mode.
