Searching for User be able to mark himself on photos Hack/Plugin/Mod

Is it somehow possible to let the users put a sign on the pictures to mark themself? Like login users klick on the pciture somwhere and put a mark with their username on there?

Well thats not exactly what i am searching, i dont want people to be able to do comments on there just be able to put their usename there to mark themself if they see them on a picture. Just for registered users, hope people do understand me now ;)

If you're ready to pay someone for coding this, read the sticky thread "sub-board rules, read first!" on the board "Looking for Freelancers / Paid help" and do as suggested there (posting your budget, schedule etc. in your reply to this thread) - a moderator will then move this thread from the board "cpg1.4 miscellaneous" to the above mentioned "paid support" board.

I am willing to pay round 100$ min. as i do not know how much work that is. Shewdule time would be 3-4 Weeks if possible. Thanks!
