no album selected

whenever I try to upload files to an album it says 'no album selected' eventhough I did infact select an album.

Do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs. You question is related to uploas, moving accordingly from the misc sub-board. In the future, please start your thread in the sub-board that fits your issue most.
