Locking Photographs
« on: May 21, 2007, 11:55:59 pm »

Hello,
I just registered and feel absolutely lost :-\. If I am in wrong support topic please let me know so I can post this in the correct one.
Anyway I use Coppermine Gallery so customers and viewers are able to see my work. (http://www.aimeedphotography.com/gallery/ )

And of course I have problems with people copying and printing my photographs. Watermarks are my last resort so I'm hoping someone may be able to tell me how I can Lock all my photographs that I've posted and will post, so no one may print from the web or copy and paste from the web.
Is there a way that I may do that?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

There's a whole sub-board dedicated to watermarking. Choose the one you like best and apply it. Personally, I'd recommend Stramm's "Permanant watermark with undo possibility (GD2+IM working!) + better admin tools". Alternatively, you might watermark your images on your client before uploading them, using picture shark or similar.
