Uesr problems

I enabled outside users. They, of course, must register, and if I approve, they can upload to the albums. Unfortunately, they can only contribute to one category, and of which only 3 subcategories are available. How do I open more options?

Permissions go by album. check album properties and groups page. RTFM for details.
