img and html code for pictures

hi there Im looking into using coppermine but I would like to know where this mod on the link below comes from or is it built in to the core package.
see the link and html tags so people can display on other forums/sites

any info on this would be grat and if there is any similar mods out there that the same kind of function or work with this would be great.
