Edit Gallery {SubMenu}???

I am wanting to remove a couple links from the sidebar that has links under a Gallery heading
(http://www.scrappinfreestyle.com/gallery - the second sidebar - I want to remove Top Rated and My Favorites links).

I see in the template.html that for that menu it is listed as:
<h2>Gallery Menu</h2>
                {SUB_MENU}

So I'm wondering how I can edit that?

Use "Final_Extract v.2.3 with usergroup settings by admin panel" or edit themes/yourtheme/theme.php as discussed in many postings already.
