This first is not because this error is just one day, and i`ve upload other files in past.

Server setting may changed by your hosting ,

the error message should give you a clue

check admin tools -> phpinfo -> file_uploads
Is it enabled or not.
If not, talk to your host to enable it.

You still didn't do as we asked. If you give not all the info we request it's not possible to help you.

Here you have a functionality that displays php info

phpinfo displays all php settings. Her chck if file_uploads are enabled (1). If not, talk to your host

you can check if file_uploads is enabled using phpinfo. If you're not the server admin you usually can't modify php.ini. If you do not know what I'm talking about then it's better talking to your host.

I'm have access to view coppermine files, i can check this out. But already i`ve asked admins of hosting, why they disable uploading files by the php files.

@Ralf Night: review your attitude. The subject you chose is plain rude or stupid (or maybe both). I have seen enough of your silly threads, where you proof that you haven't read the docs and fail to do as supporters suggest. Either behave yourself or hire someone to look into your issues.
