I'm tearing my hair out, darn it!

Currently:
I have max thumbnail set to 250
I have max intermediate set to 400
I have max upload set for 1024 and the images I am uploading are 800 x 533

My thumbnails display as 67 pixels
My intermediates display as 67 pixels
My pop-ups display as 800 pixels

I've tried deleting everything and re-uploading. No dice.
Using the Admin tools to resize. No dice.
Tearing my hair out. No dice.

What'd I do wrong?

We consider Copperminevis to be a piracy app. Therefor, it doesn't get supported. Ask the people who provide Copperminevis.
