Redirect the home page for an user album

Hi , sorry for my english , I need to change the home page that when loading my site, redirects an album of a particular user for example the default page is www.misite.com/index.php I need to change this so that the default main page is
http://autosymotos.paysandu.com/index.php?cat=10002

How doing this?
