Making thumbnails with fixed height and width
« on: May 10, 2007, 10:37:37 am »

Hi,

Is it possible to make thumbnails with a fixed height and width. The height and width should not be the same, which is why i cannot use Stramm's modpack. I know it was possible in the older versions of Coppermine, I just don't know how to do it in Coppermin 1.4.x.

Thanks in advance.

Coppermine (unmodded) never supported cropped thumbs. But the modpack did from the beginning. Even what you're up to is possible from the beginning. You can set hight and width of the cropped thumbs

config -> Files and thumbnails settings
Max dimension (width) of a thumbnail **
Height of a thumbnail (if you use exact)
