I've checked the other threads and done a search and still can't find exactly what I'm looking for (feel free to tar and feather if the answer is right in front of my nose).

I have several users with admin status at my gallery and only one of them is having this problem - when she logs in, she gets the "Welcome ____, Continue" page, and then it redirects her to the main page and she still isn't logged in. I just need to know how to tell her to fix it.

Update your gallery.

Normal advice applies - clear cookies, check browser settings, try a different browser, check firewall/security apps, Norton etc.
