Translating of 'User galleries'

 ::) Hi , I'm trying to translate or even rename the 'user galleries' title and description to my lanugae , but unfortunatly I couldn't , I did not find any thing realated to this matter , your help is greatly appreciated.

Renaming categories is explained in the manual.
