where to upload?

I was trying to test this mod, but I cant get started!!! I dont know where to upload the files.
Do I have to upload it to a folder in the cpg?
or
I have to upload it to the cpg folder and replace the existing files?
and the use the update.php in the cpg folder, right?

I tried both ways and none worked, the second one give me an error.  :'(

So your second option is the right one. Don't forget to run update.php otherwise you get your error.
