mod_security and coppermine / minicms
« on: April 21, 2007, 01:08:35 pm »

I wonder if anyone here is running coppermine (with minicms plugin) on a server with mod_security and is able to provide some proper exclusion rules?

mod_securtiy has been a topic in several threads of this forum, but the two only advices i could find were
a) locally disable mod_sec via htaccess
b) contact your host

Stupidly :) I'm my own host and doing it for fun.

Currently (and that's why I'm starting this thread) I had trouble with mod_sec and the minicms plugin (and solved it with the htaccess-workaround), but I hope someone knows a better solution...?

(running: mod_security 1.9.4 with the (afaik) latest gotroot-ruleset)

Find out what rule caused the problem and adjust it.
