Adding a sidebar
« on: April 20, 2007, 05:20:50 pm »

Hi, I'm essentially using the MacOSX theme but it's heavily modded.. I don't really want to pull the whole thing apart and start again but I wanted to move the navigation from the top of the page to a left-hand sidebar.

I'm sure this is fairly straight forward but I'm a bit of a HTML hack and I don't really know the best way to try and achieve this. I want to keep the 800px total width, and I wanted the sidebar to run, along with the main thumbnail/imageview section to the bottom of the page (to a footer)

Has anyone here done this/can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Lachlan

Post a link to your gallery and attach your zipped theme folder to this thread. You've been told a thousand times already that we need a link ::)
