Free categories with Tags

Hi,

i propose using tags for sorting uploaded pics. submitted like comments, without any limitation (but, for example, only for registered users) and indepentend from each other it can be used for creating categories only with rules, for example "party", "holidy" or combinations about it like Apple's iTunes!
