Download modpack for CPG 1.4.11

If you downloaded the modpack 1.4.11 before 06-30-2007 please apply the change to the security fix mentioned in the CPG 1.4.11 announcement thread

You also can redownload the modpack and replace include/functions.inc.php with the new one.

From now on that change is included in the download.
