log in issue!
« on: April 17, 2007, 02:16:09 am »

After 3hours of searching the forum... I cant find a solution that works for me.

Like others, I am suddenly having this logging in problem.

I have multiple coppermine galleries and for some reason the problem is only occurring on this one! (and it has been working for at least 2 months prior)

I am getting the error message ' Warning your browser does not accept script's cookies '

I have tried...

1. Deleting my cokies.
2. Renaming the cookies path in myphpadmin
3. Turning off my Norton Security Prog.

What else shall I do...?

I am so confused why it has only happened to this one gallery and not the others... Im using the same computer and same browser.

Please, Please help.

I have set up a non admin account if that helps?

You have set your cookie path to amircpg. This is invalid so the cookies stop working. You'll need to correct this setting in phpmyadmin. (config table -> cookie_path)

Set it back to "/" (without the quotes) as it used to be in the first place. Don't fiddle with cookies if you don't understand how they work. If you change things, take a note how they used to be originally so you can safely go back.

As I suggested: it used to be "/":
Set it back to "/" (without the quotes) as it used to be in the first place.

Then you don't have the same issue and should create your own thread. Before you do so, update to the latest version of Coppermine - 1.4.10
