MiniCMS replacing source coding when pasting..
« on: April 03, 2007, 03:50:07 pm »

I have been having a problem with Mini CMS, and my apologies if I am not suppose to start a new topic.

I have been trying to invoke an ad banner system, with OpenAds.  While I finally figured that part out, I am having problems invoking the codes via the miniCMS plugin.

Here is an Example:  When I cope and paste this via the 'source':

<script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript' src='http://skidpics.com/Openads/adx.js'></script>

I get the outcome as:
<script language=&#39;JavaScript&#39;type=&#39;text/javascript&#39;

It is replacing all " ' " with &#39;

Any suggestions why it might be doing that?

Needless to say, even after editing the code out and replace it with the correct code, it still will not show up as a rotating banner.

Is MiniCMS not set up to handle javascript?

MiniCMS doesn't get supported here, but only on cpg-contrib:
Support for any CPG-contrib project such as MiniCMS is available on the  CPG-contrib boards.

minicms board: http://cpg-contrib.org/board/index.php?board=2.0
Closing, locking.
