The tag {LOGIN_FORM} only appeares in themes made for the modpack. So you should switch to a non modpack theme.
Or you've added the tag yourself. There's a plugin that requires this tag. If you uninstall the plugin later, then it can't replace the tag anymore. In that case you need to edit your template.html and delete the tag.

Donc, le tag {LOGIN_FORM} n'apparait que si vous utilisez un theme prévu pour le modpack de Stramm. Vous devriez donc utiliser un autre theme, non spécifique au modpack.
Si vous avez placé vous même ce tag, il y a un plugin qui le demande: Si vous avez désinstallé ce plugin, vous devrez éditer votre fichier template.html et enlever ce tag.

Cela dit, je personnalise ma galerie copper sur la base de tentacle, mais je ne connaissais pas la différence entre thème simple et modpack ... Je vais donc récupérer tentacle à part
