Admin disappeared

I set this up this morning through my hosts cpanel. Version. 1.4.9
Everything went smoothly... uploaded some pics... changed a few settings... then when I logged back in using my admin username and password the admin section is gone along with the user upload section.

Any help would be appreicated it!

Well it is now back again. Not sure what that was about.

- Do Not use fantastico or any other auto installer script to install CPG those script are mostly out dated and buggy, instead download cpg from this site (top link) and manually install it
- You should upgrade your gallery to most recent version (currently 1.4.10)
