Modifying sys_menu in classic theme

I am using the classic theme and need to remove some links from the classic theme.

I dont need the login, logout, registration or user profile links

Not sure how to do this??

I have done a search and downloaded the plugin Final Extract

But dont understand how to get it to work

hi,

i'm a junior user, but i know:

you have to install the plugin and then you can execute the plugin in the admin mode.
