How to transfer a coppermine?

Im not sure where to put this topic but how do I transfer gallery's between two hosts? I really dont want to upload all my pictures again :S

ftp server -> server if you have shell access... ask your host

ok I read over the faq page and the link to something about myphpadmin stuff (something about mysql dump) is broken..
Can someone explain it to me or direct me to somewhere I can do that dump thing?

will this work if my original setup is on a webserver that is running apache 2.0.x, php 4.x and mysql 4.x to a new server that is running apache 2.2.x, php 5.x and mysql 5.x?
