HTTP uploads - wheres the link

Running cpg 1.4

How do you upload via HTTP? I see no link anywhere for that. The admin panel only has a link for batch upload which yes, I know that's better than HTTP but the question is ... where is the link/button for HTTP uploading?

upload.php. If it doesn't appear then you probably haven't given permission to use it on the groups page.
