Fatal error: minicms_page_start():

 :-[  I just installed coppermine 1.4.10 and was installing the plugins.  The MiniCMS installation didn't go over so well.  I can't access my gallery and I can't access the admin panel.  The error says:

Fatal error: minicms_page_start(): Failed opening required 'plugins/minicms/include/init.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/gallery/plugins/minicms/codebase.php on line 107

I looked at the read me's, I looked here at the board, but I didn't find anything that would tell me how to correct this. 

Assistance received is truly appreciated :)
