Welcome text removal!

Hi,just wondered how i change the welcome text on theme.

My mistake, just now noticed its a wordpress theme. Did you set this up yourself or did you have someone do it for you ? The Welcome text looks to me like a text block one can fill on the settings page of wordpress.
